Preelabs is a property management and real estate platform designed to help owners streamline operations, manage properties, and reduce overhead costs. The project demanded a mobile-first approach with complex information architecture across property listings, tenant management, maintenance workflows, and financial reporting.
The ChallengeProperty management involves deeply nested workflows — a single maintenance request touches tenants, owners, vendors, and financial systems. The challenge was making this complexity accessible on a 5-inch screen.
